Security

Tell us what you found and how to reproduce it, and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before publishing. We will not pursue anyone who reports a genuine issue in good faith and without accessing or altering another customer's data.

Never send us these

We will never ask for your banking credentials, your password, or a two-factor code, and you should never send them to us or to anyone claiming to be us. We do not need them: bank credentials go to your bank through Plaid and never reach us, and support can help you without your password. If an email asks you for any of the above, it is not from us — forward it to security@cfowhitelabel.co.uk.
